Changed your mind? You can cancel your order as long as it has not already been processed and shipped.

Please email orders@daimaru.design to request a cancellation. Don’t forget to include your full name and order number.

To initiate a return, please email orders@daimaru.design with your name and order number. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order and all returned items must be unused and in sellable condition.

For items that arrive damaged or defective, please include a photo of the item in your email. Once confirmed, I will send a replacement or issue a refund
